Simba is an Estrela Mountain Dog, and a rather big one! Estrela’s are normally a couple of inches shorter and 7kg to 15kg lighter than Leonbergers...but not Simba! We are fortunate that he has a wonderful temperament with both people and other dogs. Everybody’s favourite whom he meets, he is a true gentle giant. Even though he is entering old age now he still looks remarkable with hardly any grey, a magnificent coat and still retaining his agility...when of course he can be bothered! |
